By using Unfused, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Unfused is a relationship self-discovery tool that uses AI to help you identify and work through relationship patterns. It is based on Dr. David Schnarch's differentiation framework.

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact a mental health professional or call your local emergency services immediately.

All session responses are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. AI output does not represent professional advice of any kind.

You should not make significant life decisions based solely on AI-generated content from this app.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 17 years old to use Unfused. One account per person.

• Unfused offers auto-renewable subscriptions at $9.99/month or $69.99/year.
• New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial).
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Subscriptions.
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (quiz answers, session messages). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering the service (generating AI responses, tracking progress).

We do not sell, share, or use your personal content for advertising or training AI models.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harm, harass, or stalk another person.
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI system prompt.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Unfused is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
